Looking for MALE roommate only.
We are male roommates, with small dogs, looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful 3rd roommate.
The home is three thousand square feet and located in Silverado Ranch on a ½ acre. The property is gated and has security cameras.
This is a great location for rapid access to all parts of Las Vegas and the metro area and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movies, banks and public transportation.
This room has a semi private entrance next to a ½ bath.
The laundry room and a full bathroom are shared.
The room’s dimensions are twelve by thirteen with a closet with an organizer. Housekeeper comes one time a week to clean shared living areas. Room has carpet. Common areas are wood floors. We don't wear shoes in the house. 1st month’s rent and a deposit equal to 1st month's rent will be required upon lease signing date. The deposit will not be used for last month’s rent. Some kitchen cabinets, pantry shelves and space in the laundry room is available. A refrigerator in the garage is provided for tenants. Fifteen dollars per month additional for personal refrigerators. Please, no pets and no smoking inside.
Rent is non-negotiable and includes one parking spot, all utilities, and Highspeed Wi-Fi.
