Roommate would be renting out the basement of our house which includes two rooms and a furnished living room/gaming space. You would have your own full bathroom downstairs. Laundry is located in basement and kitchen is on the ground level. Laundry and kitchen are the only shared spaces in house.

We are a mid s couple, who carries an irregular work schedule, but both of us are relatively quiet.
