Looking for Pet-Friendly Rooms!

Description

I'm C, and I'm looking for a place in the Columbia area so I can stay close to my main job. I work the overnight shift at an ER, so I sleep during the day. My other job is work from home PRN and I am looking to start a second WFH job when I move out of my current situation.

I have a dog and a cat, and I can't live in a place that doesn't allow pets. This is non-negotiable. They are mine and I'm not leaving them. My dog is good with other dogs and my cat has lived with other cats before. My dog is a Pomeranian mix and super playful and my cat is a senior and my PTSD therapy pet. I can get paperwork together through my doctor's office if needed.

My budget is $/mo. I can pay half the utilities and half the rent. I have no wiggle room with my budget, as I am saving back money so I can go back and finish my degree.

I am AFAB non-binary so for safety reasons I'd rather have a fellow LGBTQI+ peep or at least an ally. If you aren't okay with that look elsewhere.

I can also cook and I come with some streaming services so you can watch TV ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ I'm not % useless lmao. I keep my mess to myself and do most of my cleaning on my off days. I'm not a clean freak but I'm not a slob either.

As I mentioned before I'm a hermit and pretty much just play video games or wait for any PRN hours on my days off. I try and keep my work schedule but tend to sleep in bursts when I'm not on shift. My pets stay in my room with me.

I don't plan on having many visitors over but my mom would most likely come visit every so often, and I will try to give as best a heads-up as I can. Since I sleep days it may be a sticky note or a but I will at least let you know, lol.

I'm a non smoker and have asthma so I would prefer having either a roommate who smokes outside or a non smoker also. I can't handle any kind of smoke but vaping is okay.
