Offering room and private bathroom

My name is Sebastian and I'm looking for a roommate in my apartment at East Rogers Park. I'm years old, currently working in IT and I teach a little bit of piano on the side. I went to DePaul University for Psychology. I'm pretty laid back, can get along with anyone. Ideally I'd prefer a roommate in their s, but still open minded. Preferably no pets as the living room has a fabric sofa.

My apartment is a bathroom unit. You would have your own room and your own bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, the photo below is how the last tenant had it. The room is , so it can fit up to a queen size bed.
I am looking to charge $ for the room. Water and is included along with in-unit washer/dryer. Please let me know if you are interested. I'm flexible with move in dates. 1 year lease minimum.
