I have lived here for 9 years and love it. I work in film/tv/gig work so my schedule is a bit unpredictable, but I'm a homebody and try to maintain fairly normal hours. I like gardening, games, soccer, the beach, camping, movies, and painting.

This spot is great for a young professional or grad student looking for a quiet and calm place to call home.
