looking for female roomates only. Preferably employed. You would have a parking space in garage. Room is partially furnished with dressers and side tables. Full closet available. Kitchen access with space in fridge and pantry.

There are also new carpets, new appliances. You would have access to be in living room, laundry room, Dining room, and patio. Access to use pots, pans, dishes, everything in kitchen.

We do ask no shoes in the house, no drinks, or food in living room area. We do like it quiet in house after 9pm. NO smoking or OTHER GUESTS allowed in house.
