Located in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood, just a block away from Harris Teeter and a few blocks from Commonwealth. Rent is $ plus split utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.). Women preferred. You’ll be added to the lease upon arrival. Walkthrough available after being confirmed as a good fit. Can provide emptier pictures once I finish packing!
