Hey!
I am looking for someone to take over lease for a bath at campus crossing from February to August . The rent is $ a month includes utilities, parking and internet. There is a convenient shuttle that picks up outside our building and drops off at centennial and main campus. There are three female roommates and a cat who is incredibly friendly and stays with her owner.
The apartment is fully furnished with furniture and flooring less than a year old. The kitchen has white cabinets and granite countertops as well as stainless steal appliances. The washer and dryer are brand new and great quality. The apartment is on the third floor with cathedral ceilings. The place is clean and quiet, no bug issues.
