Room for Rent – $/Month (Includes Private Bath & Shared Amenities)

I’m looking for a responsible roommate to rent out my spare bedroom for $ per month, plus we will split the electric bill evenly. You’ll have access to everything in the apartment, including the front and back balconies, kitchen, living room, and the in-unit washer and dryer.

Your space: You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom.
Move-in cost: First month's rent ($ security deposit, for a total of $ upfront.
Stay duration: I ask for a minimum of 3 months. Whenever you decide to leave please give me days' notice. The security deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after move-out, pending an inspection of the room and bathroom for damages.
About me: I’m a recent graduate from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s in biological sciences and a master’s in epidemiology. I live just 5 minutes from South Campus.

I also have two fur babies—a -year-old Yorkie (7 lbs) and a 8-month-old Mini Golden Doodle ( lbs). They are house-trained and mostly stay in my room. Both are hypoallergenic, so you don’t have to worry about allergic reactions.
