My roommate Ty and I are looking for a new roommate in our spacious 3 bedroom house. Room is available now, looking to be filled by Jan. 1st. If you are interested feel free to tell us a little about yourself. We are both easy going, work locally, mid ’s long time Tahoe locals in need of finding a 3rd roommate to share our home with us. Spacious room in bath home in carnelian bay, two blocks from the lake. Neighborhood just behind Gar Woods and . Boarders up to national forest. Wood stove, washer dryer, single car garage that is used as a workshop and outdoor gear storage.

Rent +utilities (gas, electric, internet) Deposit equal to rent, lease length negotiable, 6 months to a year. Large bedroom w/ walk-in closet. Shared bathroom with one other male (me). Ty has the master bedroom with her own bathroom.

Preferably looking for long term local, mature adult around our age give or take, locally employed, share similar interests skiing/ snowboarding, outdoorsy type, we enjoy good aesthetics in the home. Clean, not a-party pad, but we have fun on occasions. Must be willing to participate in household upkeep to keep the home cozy and maintained. Team player. Could be open to a dog with pet deposit.
