Brand new semi furnished bath rent by room - 2 swimming pools .. 2 weeks free if you move before Swimming Pools and a Lazy River Master bedroom with bath - /person or people.Other 2 bedrooms with a shared bath - /person/room or people/room.Utilities (gas+water+electricity+internet) are shared.I will provide a twin bed with a matress in each room. A sofa, dining table, and a small tv in the hall. Appliances include fridge, washer/dryer,dishwasher,blinds,garage opener whIch are brand new. All areas must be cleaned & any cockroach/mice/bed bug infestation will be charged to tenants. A cleaning lady and i will come once in a month with prior information & any damages charged to the responsible person or charged to tenants if no one claims responsibility.Pay slips,stable employment with past address history & ssn required for verification. Must sign a contract, 1 month advance & days notice required to vacate. Rent on 1st of each month & and an extra usd/day will be charged for any delay. Extra tenants on the property without approval will result in your contract termination, losing full advance & will be asked to immediately. I am ok with visiting friends & guests as long as you don't abuse.1 car/room can be parked on the street or will provide dedicated garage access - /month with keyfobs. 1 pool access key to be shared.
