We are three guys looking for another guy to join our home.

This is a nice clean modern tri-level townhouse in a great location.

Built only 5 years ago it's well maintained and we keep it clean.

No drama
No drugs
Outside smoking is fine
Indoor drinking is fine

Looking for a guy who is cool and easy going and very open-minded.

We like our beer and wine and occasional shot of whiskey.

We like adult fun and movie nights and we share meals together fairly often.

Hopefully you are trustworthy and able to pay rent and bills on time.

This is for one person only. Sorry but we cannot accommodate couples or children.

A small well-behaved dog would be considered.

Rent is $ per month

Utilities are split equally by four

Refundable security deposit required

There is NO last month's rent
