Looking for someone to Sublease!

I am looking for a sublet for my apartment. It is a bath shared living. The kitchen, living room, and laundry are the only things shared so bed/bath are private! There is currently one roommate living there who is very nice. My rent is $ with pet rent, so it may be cheaper if you don’t have a pet. I will clean the entire place(including carpets) before I move out. It is fully furnished and has all appliances. I do recommend buying a mattress topper! I am looking to move out in the middle of January. I will pay the January rent. We can negotiate your move in day! If you would like any more information please contact me!
