Looking for someone to take over my lease as early as January but can be negotiated. Beautiful large room available in quiet observatory circle neighborhood. 4 minute drive from vet school and CALS. Dryden rail trail in the backyard! Roommates are veterinary students so we are looking for a roomate on the quieter side. The room’s furniture is coming with me but I’m happy to leave the desk, desk chair, and mini fridge if you would like. Lovely place to live, let me know if you are interested/have questions
