Looking for educated, reasonable, positive people or couple. Character matters. I’m a social drinker. This will be an active, boisterous, engaging home so you must be OK with some noise, music, etc. Not a quiet retreat but rather a place to fun and develop business ideas. However I do plan on traveling often and will need somebody to take care of the place while I am away.

Prefer someone with critical thinking skills, a perspective, and a thirst for knowledge. I am not religious, more of a philosophical, new age vibe. I believe in science and reason, not conspiracy theories. Politics are moderate/progressive, so I’m not far left nor far right. I’m not a fan of cancel culture nor maga culture. I vote on policy not culture politics. Environmentally conscious and well traveled, extrovert, social. Please be compatible.

I don’t care about girlfriends and boyfriends, family, or friends spending the night . I definitely won’t stand in the way of love. It’s expected to have people over.
