Private Room & Bathroom-Upper Fells

Description

Hi, I'm looking for a kind, communicative, and respectful roommate to rent a bedroom in a 3-bedroom home in Upper Fells Point.

The house has a full bath on both the first and second floor, dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as a small shed outside for additional storage.
Rent is $, plus utilities.

Animal lovers are a plus. I have a very sweet and friendly cat named Cory that lives in the house but we unfortunately can’t take in any other pets.

About me: I am a year old musician and bartender in the area, and tend to be on a night owl schedule. I do some recording at home during the day and am usually listening to music or practicing when I’m home. That being said, I am a pretty quiet person otherwise and am happy to try to accommodate any noise I might make around my housemate’s schedule. In my free time I love watching tv and movies, playing video games, and cooking. I also travel often. As far as social dynamic goes, when I’m home I’m happy to either hang out or just keep to ourselves, so we can talk about what that might look like for everyone. It’s important to me that everyone is happy and comfortable in our space!

Note that the attached pictures are old and the house is furnished much differently at the moment. The common spaces in the house are currently fully furnished (including cookware and dishes), but you are welcome to bring anything specific you might want/need and we can figure out a storage space/configuration that makes sense for everyone.

Move in is available December 1st, with the lease ending May (potential to renew afterward).
