Garage, two car space drive way with street parking also.

Utilities are not included in the price, they will come monthly.

We are on a year lease, so two months at a time up to a year we can work with.

You’ll need to do the application with property management, it has a $ fee which includes credit and background.

Our shared goal for this living space is a place for rest after work.

We keep things clean here and help with usual house chores to promote mental clarity and peace.

We maintain day work weeks and have time for enjoying weekend activities and recreations, etc.

During spring to fall months we enjoy things like backpacking, camping, hikes, time on rivers, etc.

Couple of us are into running, and going to nearby gym also.

We are all friendly and down to earth, and are glad and open to speak freely with people and have non-reactionary conversations (please no imaginary drama, thanks (; ). No judgment or condemnation on your background, religion, race, culture, skin color, or even sexual preference. We will however speak regarding necessary and helpful subjects for housing and mutual respect / boundaries, etc.

We don’t have overnight guests here, or parties, etc.

By ish we’re pretty much asking for no noise. Headphones for personal sound enjoyment, activities, etc. Each of us are full time professional workers.
