Sandwiched between Clapham and Brixton is the little slice called Stockwell.
The house is a 7 minute walk from Stockwell tube station for tube for the Northern & Victoria line as well as lots of bus routes also a few minutes from the door.

The room itself is King size. With two wardrobe spaces, a cabinet and a wide shelf with additional storage under the King size bed. There is two windows so plenty of light with one facing the pretty street and the other the garden.

You will be living with 4 fantastic housemates, 3 boys and another girl and sharing a large bathroom with the girl which has recently been re done which is a bonus alongside the traditionally kept house.

We are not a house which is in each others pockets but we always have a chat in the kitchen and watch a few things together. On the occasion we also an activity together like a pub quiz at The Crown, our local.

With interests in music, cinema and writing they are a creative bunch.

Rent - £ This excludes bills which is on average £, which can be higher or lower depending on the time of year.
Parking - you can pay for a permit with Lambeth council if you have a car with plenty of spaces available.
House age range - Currently so we are looking for someone over please and professionals only taken.
Rent Period - 3 Months with possibility with extending as trialing living with boyfriend and might be staying permanently after the 3 month period.
