Roommate Wanted in North Hollywood

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment in North Hollywood. The apartment is spacious and in a safe, quiet area with good neighbors. It has in-unit laundry and central air/heat. (You will also get your own parking space in the parking garage.) The common spaces in the apartment have furniture, but your room will be completely empty when you move in.

As for me, I am a male marketing professional who makes short films for fun. I am clean, quiet, respectful, laid-back, and easy to get along with. I enjoy movies, books, art, cats, sports, exercise, and the outdoors. If you are an artist/fellow creative, we should get along great!

I also have an orange cat named Hobbes, and he is the best. Hobbes traditionally gets along with other cats, but I would prefer to not live with a dog or any other animal.

I am currently on a month-to-month lease, but have no plans to move out in the near future. The earliest possibly move in date is Dec. 4, but I may be able to accommodate special requests here depending on your situation.
