1 room to be sublet between Dec-April.
Marine Drive Residence building th floor. Shared with 3 male roommates.
Nothing wrong with the room just trying to sublet because I'm going on exchange next term.
- Eligibility: male, ubc student, +
- UBC only allows 4 months for subletting so up to you. Must be between December st and April th (UBC's rules not mine)
- Roommates are clean. Dishes are sometimes left in the sink, but no trash is left around or anything
