Roommate Wanted: Private bed/ bath

Description

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, easy-going, and LGBTQ+ friendly roommate to join our bathroom apartment. You’ll get a spacious private room with your own private bathroom/ shower, designated off street gated parking space and small extra storage space.

$/month all utilities included (internet, garbage, water, gas, electric). There is a small side yard so a well behaved quiet friendly dog (under lbs) considered w/ additional pet rent.

The apartment is shared by three roommates. We’re laid-back and like to keep the space tidy. The location of the unit is fantastic. The neighborhood is safe, super walkable, and close to everything you need—shops, restaurants, parks, and public transportation.

• LGBTQ+ friendly
