Hi. I am currently renting an apartment in Plymouth at the Talus Apartment complex (), and I am in need of someone willing to take over the lease immediately (to move in around Oct. 1) because I am returning home to Alabama.

It is one bedroom, with a balcony and newly renovated. It's perfect for one person or a couple. Rent is $ a month, which is cheaper than the surrounding apartments because I got a deal when I moved in, and utilities usually run an additional $.

If you'll visit the above link, you can see the layout and a list of amenities. You would need to pass an income check, background check, and need a credit score of or more. The application fee is $ (not to me, the complex).
