Hello. I have two large rooms that I’m looking to rent out now or in the near future in a house with an upper and lower level. There is tile flooring throughout the house, except in the bedrooms, which now have wooden flooring. Both bedrooms come with a smart TV, bed with all bedding, sliding mirror closet, a window and is also next to the bathroom. Full access to the kitchen and laundry room as well. I’m including free utilities such as wireless internet, water, garbage, electricity included. My house is near the freeways and a couple of blocks from SJSU if your an attending student.
