SECURITY DEPOSIT (one time payment):

- fully refundable as long as lease isn't broken and rent and fees are current.

NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY

RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED (about ten to twelve dollars a month)

Common areas include kitchen, living room, front room, back patio, laundry room, and garage (space available for storage).

Currently there is one female living in the back bedroom on the other side of the house. She keeps the common areas very clean and has a sporadic work schedule so is rarely seen.

Located near UNCC campus ( thirteen minutes),  Uptown ( twenty  minutes), and Concord Mills ( fifteen minutes). Harris Teeter, Multiple Parks, Golds Gym and Chick-Fil-A (ten minutes)
