☀️ The Private Room is very spacious with lots of natural light but has black out shades for sleeping in! The room is across from a semi-private newly remodeled bathroom with your own vanity.
Our place has a large back patio, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, garage, wifi, and a full kitchen for those who like to cook. We have 2 driveway parking spots that we share with plenty of street parking available as well.

The Roommates:
The living space is shared with three other individuals, each with their unique interests and backgrounds. Brian, a thirty year old marketing professional, is passionate about motorcycles, physical fitness, and playing gigs at local bars. Pietro, y.o. from Italy doing an real estate internship here in Laguna Beach. Likes to cook and play soccer. Lastly, there's me, Dave, your landlord. When I'm not busy attempting repairs, you'll often find me indulging in beach volleyball. We primarily utilize our home as a place to rest and recharge and don’t have visitors over too often although we aren’t opposed to having guests.

You:
We are looking for a single occupancy, respectful and clean roommate who is friendly, communicative and has a steady, dependable career and is responsible for rent and keeping the common areas clean.
