Hi! I’m Claire, born and raised in West Los Angeles. Just turned on Friday! I have a BA house with a backyard, painting studio, GUEST ROOM (if you have friends from out of town they don’t have to sleep on the couch! We have a whole room they can stay in), driveway parking, lots of storage space, big kitchen, garage game room (a pool table) and more. We just adopted a sweet cat named Isabel and are open to tenants with other pets. The room available is at the front of the house, sqft, away from where I and my roommates live in the back two bedrooms. The room has opening to the living room and the other to the front hallway that it shares a with a full bathroom and the guest room. I live in the back bedroom with my boyfriendand our other two roommates, yo twins from Italy, both musicians), share the other. My boyfriend and I are both artists, he’s a painter who also works full-time at a warehouse and goes to school Monday-Thursday nights. I work on-call and will start working full-time again once I’m caught up on house repairs and renovations. The twins work full-time at a restaurant and on-call at a recording studio.
