Extra costs: Water, Electricity & Gas (Approx $30 per week) Located in Robina close to the Town centre. One furnished Room for rent - Robina
Quiet & peaceful place (not a party place)
The unit has a washing machine & dryer and small courtyard
2min walk to Robina Shopping Centre, Aldi and buses.
Short walk to Train station
The complex has two pools and mini gyms, bbqs Bathroom is primarily yours
The room is fully furnished and ready to move in.
Like to keep a clean house as should you and willing to do your part. Looking for full time student or someone who has full time work. Initially looking for short term but with a view to long term for the right person. 2 weeks deposit + 2 weeks in advance to move in
No pets unfortunately:(
No parking - but local on street parking available
Currently been here for 5 years so stable rental. Passionate about fitness, health, and maintaining a consistent daily routine
