Looking for roommate

Descripció

Hello,
I am looking for a roommate.
The apartment includes a parking space, swimming pool, gym, furnished living room, and many other amenities.
The room is located at Medici Apartments and features a private toilet and bathroom.
As I work, I leave the house early in the morning and return after midnight. I use my room and the apartment solely for sleeping and do not use the kitchen at all. I am not requesting any additional fee for the rent; the rent will be shared equally 1500$ for per person.
You will not experience any issues regarding guests or pets.
The apartment is available for movein. Please message me if you would like further information.
