Looking for roommate or or takeover

Looking for a roommate (~$850/month base) or someone for a full lease takeover ($1,935 base rent plus additional monthly fees and utilities) on a brand new, never lived in, ADA-compliant 2-bed/2-bath unit in a nice location in LOSO, with great amenities, available for move-in on November 7, 2026 or shortly after. I am a 22-year-old male recent grad working in finance, and I'd prefer a male professional roommate around the same age; please also note that I will be living with a dog. The unit comes with only 1 parking spot, so a second vehicle would need to arrange paid parking (I know a complex nearby has monthly passes) or if you workout at Carbon you may be able to just park in that lot, all applications and screening will go directly through the leasing office.
