Descripció

Hi, my name is Christian, I'm 27years old with two dogs and a cat that I take care of alone. I bought this house for my partner and I back in 2023 but we have since ended so now I have rooms open for rent. I have a 1300sq foot house with a front room, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a massive backyard. I am offering the whole house besides the master bedroom and master bath as shared space. I have two bedrooms at $500 each and $150 for utilities making $650 total a month. I have a two car garage and a 3 car driveway, no street parking as the house is on a end street roundabout. The furniture in the pictures is not what I currently have in the rooms or front room, I have since changed it and emptied the bedrooms of everything. I am offering one car per person, anything else we would have to talk about. I am open on IG christian.cgreen
