• The House: Fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on a scenic, quiet street just 6 blocks from the Ardmore town center.
• Amenities: Large driveway with plenty of off-street parking, a spacious backyard, and a full-size furnished deck.
Common Areas & Perks
• Living Room: Fully furnished with a leather couch, large marble tables, and a 65-inch TV.
• Kitchen: Equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a classic Hitchcock dining table.
• Laundry: Free washer and dryer located in the basement.
