It is furnished with a mid size fridge, microwave, and study table with chair. If you don't have a bed frame, I can provide one for you, but you must bring your own mattress. No kitchen use! DO NOT USE any kind of gas appliances, ONLY electrical appliances in the bedroom. There are 2 ladies renting the other rooms. They are very quiet and working people. For your safety and peace of mind, the outside property of the house has 24 hour security cameras that are via link to the Police department.
