Hi! I’m Stephanie, 32, and I’m looking for a private room in NYC with a move-in date around the end of September/beginning of October. I’m currently considering several areas and am especially interested in the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, Queens, and other neighborhoods with convenient public transit. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and pretty easygoing at home. I’m more introverted and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and would be happy living with roommates who are comfortable chatting or hanging out occasionally too. I’m respectful of shared spaces and other people’s privacy and schedules. As a zoology student I love and welcome all animals that’s not an issue for me. I’m currently pursuing work in the NYC area, particularly in animal care/visitor experience and retail, and I’m also finishing my degree in Zoology. In my free time I love music and concerts, reading, gaming, crochet/knitting, and exploring the city. I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful home with considerate roommates. My budget is up to $1,400/month, ideally including or close to including utilities. I’m flexible on neighborhood for the right place, especially somewhere with good access to public transportation. Oh and I will be applying with a guarantor!
