1 Bedroom for rent

My brother and I are renting out a room in our house. Utilities are included. We are located 1 mile away from the train station. We live in a very safe area. We like to keep the house clean and we are quiet through the work week. You have access to the whole house this includes laundry, kitchen utensils and the outside patio. My brother and I are in our 30s. We enjoy watching sports, going to a bar on the weekends, and playing video games. No pets and smoking only outside. If you think you would be a good fit let me know. We want a commitment of at least 6 months.
