Looking for a Bare-Minimum, Low-Budget Room (Essentially just for sleeping & food storage) 🧳Hi Savannah community! I am transitioning to the area to focus entirely on new opportunities with my education, career and real estate and artistic networking. I am keeping my primary housing footprint stable in South Carolina, so I am looking for a very modest, bare-minimum, and low-cost setup here to keep my overhead down. I am looking for a small private room or sublet where I can essentially just sleep, shower, and store basic groceries. I plan on working constantly, so I will rarely be on the property during the day or evening unless I am home working on my own projects. About me: drama, ultra-low impact: No smoking, no pets, and I strictly respect standard quiet hours. Property management experience: I understand how to keep a space immaculate and treat properties with respect.
