Hi, my name is Isiah. I am a 26-year old sales associate. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Cary. The monthly rent is $1000 bills included and the room is available now. I'm not necessarily going to fill the room, looking for the right fit. 420 friendly, indoor smoking allowed for green, not tobacco. Back porch for baccy. I'm looking for a reasonably mature person who also doesn't mind the constant smoking inside and my low-tox ways. I have 2 cats, very friendly, won't make them your responsibility, they typically go to my parents' house when I go to work anyway. I do want someone who at least kinda likes cats though. You'll have the hall bathroom to yourself, except when there are guests, as mine is en suite and I won't always want people going through my room to use the bathroom. So it will need to be kept reasonably clean, but its all yours. The house is around 1200sq ft, back deck, just down Harrison from Downtown Cary, near the Walmart on Maynard/Harrison. My parents own the house. I rent from them, as would you. That means anything in the kitchen or whatever that gets broken will get fixed promptly, which I reckon is a plus. My parents don't actually want to make money off rent, I'd just like to have someone come in to cover the other half of the mortgage, so don't expect to be gouged. As long as you respect me, my cats and the house, it should be fine. I am a semi-light sleeper, I'll ask that anyone be cognisant of that when they are getting up in the mornings.
