Comfortable apartment in a convenient area with plenty of space and everything you need for day-to-day living. This is a great option for someone looking for an affordable place with a roommate rather than taking on the full cost of an apartment on their own. The available bedroom is a private space, while the kitchen, living room, and other common areas are shared. The apartment is a good fit for someone who is respectful of the home, considerate of their roommate, and willing to keep the shared spaces reasonably clean. A few things to know: Rent for the room is $735/month. The current furniture and personal belongings in the bedroom will be removed before move-in and are not included. A few items currently in the living room will also be removed. My dog and cat will both be leaving with me, so there will not be any pets living in the apartment on my end. You would be replacing me on the existing lease, subject to approval by apartment management. Apartment management requires a background/credit check and proof of income. Before moving forward, my roommate and I would like to meet prospective applicants in a public place first so everyone can feel comfortable and make sure it seems like a good fit.
