Hi, I'm relocating and looking for a UC Davis grad student to take over my lease from 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2027. Private bedroom in a fully furnished and spacious 4bed/2bath unit at 1440 Wake Forest Dr, sharing with three other all-male grad students. What you'd pay:
$880 base rent
$15 (optional) bedroom furniture set (bed, mattress, desk, chair, dressers)
$10 utility fee covering water, sewer, trash
$880 deposit
