Hi! I am looking for a roommate for my furnished bedroom in my 3rd floor apartment. Besides your private bedroom with a large window providing a pretty view of a large green space….there are large shared spaces for you to enjoy including the living and dining room, kitchen and balcony. We also have a large garage with lots of room available. The bathroom has 2 sinks eoth your own cabinrts and good amount of storage - it includes a tub and rainhead shower with additonal hand held shower head. Gas fireplace, TV, Wii, dvd player, record player in the living room. Apartment is completly furnished. Bed is full size with temperpedic topper and bamboo based cover. Pillows and bedding available if needed. Nespresso coffee maker, airfryer/dehydrater, Ninja blender, soda stream and toaster oven available along with other basic kitchen necessities and a dishwasher. Washer/dryer unit and multiple closets for storage. AC in shared space. Brand new roof work. Swimming pool and gym at the complex club house. I have 2 dogs and cannot have more animals (unfortunetly, per lease). Walkable neighborhood to nearby Safeway, Walgreens, CVS, multiple restaurants, Wilco, Salons, dry cleaners and bars.. including multiple bus stops with quick commute to the Beaverton Transit Station. Required for renting: -clean criminal background -must like dogs -preferably female (can be flexible depending)
-security deposit of 962$ with written agreement (can be flexible depending)
-electric and gas are seperate -water included in rent
-month to month with hopes of moving by January/February and renting a home or first floor unit with another person(this could be you if interested!)
