The apartment is located at The Carter on Devitt in Fort Worth. * Rent: $1,050 / month—owners would be willing to negotiate to less.
* Utilities: Around $15 / month
* August Special: Normally the prorated rent for August is $575.81, but I am willing to cover $200 off, making your August payment much lower! Plus, I’ve already paid the utility cost in full for the month of August.
* Layout: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
* Roommates: It’s an all-girls apartment with 3 other wonderful roommates.
* Bathroom: You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other girl who is super clean and easy to live with!
* Parking: There is a parking garage available.
* Pets: For the pet policy, you'll need to check with the leasing office / management.
