Lease Takeover at Ducks Village

I am looking for 1 person (preferably a girl) to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom at Ducks Village! I am willing to pay half of first months rent. REDUCED RENT - Rent is $591 per month, including utilities ($85) it is $676. NEWLY RENOVATED - A new bathroom was just added this summer, and it includes amenities such as a washer & dryer, AC, etc. Bedrooms are spacious and the apartment is fully furnished.
