I am looking for 2 people to share a 3br/1bath newly renovated apartment on Commonwealth Ave, Allston, in front of the Allston Street T station. Available for Sep 1st move-in, with possible early move-in. Each bedroom is $900/mo, more details below.
Move-in cost includes first and last month, and one-month deposit, no fees. Tenants share utilities cost and internet (~$50/mo in summer, ~$125 in winter). DM me with a brief introduction and I will schedule an in-person tour. About the bedrooms:
Small bedroom - ~10x11.5ft
Large bedroom - ~10x14ft
