My apartment is a 2bed 2bath goes for $1779 which means, you will pay $889.5 and I will also pay the same. There's also an ongoing special offer of free 2 months rent(August and September). Meaning, when we sign the lease, we don't have to pay rent for August and September. The only payment we will make after signing our lease is the security deposit of $550 which we will split and pay ($270 each) If you are a student just like me, the apartment complex has cozy study areas, modern gym, pool and rest areas. It also comes with free parking spaces
