The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is owned but not lived in by my brother. I am his property manager. The home has one other tenant, a respectful Army veteran who is currently a full-time student at UTI. He lives upstairs with his own bathroom, so you’ll have the downstairs bedroom and bathroom for your exclusive use. The third bedroom is used by my brother for storage.
