Short term room(mate) needed

Drum Teacher/Gigging Musician looking for a room or roommate situation for 6/mo tops. I’m saving for a car and then my own apt/house. I just need a safe/secluded place to sleep and work on occasional mixes (I am also a professional recording/mix engineer). I’m not very loud. I cook meals 3-4x/wk and am very tidy. I’m a proud father of a 13 year old boy that lives with his mom, so I’m very respectful of others time and space.
