Room for rent in our Home

We are looking for a roommate for one of our rooms. Rent is including all utilities (fast speed wifi, water, electric). We also have a home gym and a laundry room with washer dryer, a grill, and a security system for the home. Me and my wife are in the home and we do have 2 dogs and cats.
