I am looking for a weekly rental, a flexible month-to-month sublet, or an arrangement where I can pay my first few weeks upfront while I get established. I am highly motivated and will be hitting the pavement to secure bartending shifts from day one. I have a strong work ethic and a proven track record in the hospitality industry, so maintaining a steady income will not be an issue once I am situated.
As a roommate, I am exceptionally easy to live with. Because I work in the bar industry, my schedule often involves late nights and weekends. When I come home after a shift, I am incredibly quiet and respectful of the fact that others might be sleeping.
