Quiet Professional with a Well-Beha

Hey, I'm Evante. Originally from Atlanta, but I've been in the Bay Area for the last several years and am looking to land in Oakland. I run a small research and strategy firm, so I'm usually either working, reading, or out meeting with clients. Home is pretty low-key for me. I'm not a partier, I'm not bringing a bunch of people through the house, and I like keeping shared spaces clean and respectful. I'm also pretty handy. If a cabinet needs adjusting, an outlet needs replacing, or there's some minor plumbing issue, I'm usually the person who'll just fix it instead of letting it become a bigger problem. I'll be moving in with my dog, Winnie. She's an older boxer-beagle mix who's incredibly mellow and spends most of the day sleeping next to my desk. She's house-trained, friendly with people, and honestly a pretty quiet roommate herself. Mostly I'm just looking for a place with good people who communicate well, respect each other's space, and want a calm, comfortable home. I tend to get along with just about anyone who's considerate and easygoing.
