Fully Furnished Studio for $690/m

I’m Danish, a second-year MBA student at Vanderbilt Owen, and I’m looking for one roommate to share my fully furnished studio apartment at 1818 Church Street (about a 10 minute walk from Vanderbilt), starting August. The lease runs until July 11, 2027 (about 11 months), and I’m flexible with the move-in date in August. • Your share of the rent: $690/month (including community charges) • Utilities: Electricity (NES) is usually around $25/person/month. I’ll also cover the first month’s Wi-Fi and electricity as a move-in bonus. A little about me: I have a busy schedule and am usually out from early morning until the evening. I wake up early, head to the Vandy Rec Center for a workout, and then spend most of the day at work or class. I’ll also be in India from Thanksgiving until mid-January, so you’ll have the apartment mostly to yourself during that time. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and values keeping a neat living space. Preference is for a fellow Vanderbilt student, but I’m happy to connect with anyone who thinks this would be a good fit.
