I have a nice two bedroom two bath condo your own private bedroom large private bathroom private parking spot close to the building A half a mile from 95 a half a mile to the turnpike great for travel to work location Bedrooms on separate ends of the apartment You have a large refrigerator in your room and microwave and have full use of the kitchen and apartment Cold AC washer dryer dishwasher The clubhouse has a large pool and pool deck weight room exercise room and more tennis courts I haven't been down there for a while They are three entrances and exits to the property Kitchen is open and clean you can make all the mess you want just wipe it down into the sink and you're finished You have a privacy door that closes off your bedroom to your bathroom so you can go in and out and privacy Nobody lives above us no walking around noise I'm at the end of the catwalk with a steel door that separates my front patio from the rest Food shopping two blocks away Costco home Depot etc I take my roommate serious I'll do anything I can The room is mostly furnished we'll get rid of stuff if you want we'll get things if you need whatever it is we'll take care of Please ask any question you want I'm looking for somebody with close to normal working hours fairly secure job and make enough to be able to pay the bills I don't want any problem I'm looking for somebody from for one year with the lease and you have to fill out an application Consider 6 months if it's the right person Please ask any questions I come to your mind
